The Project

DiRT 4 is the latest title in the world’s leading off-road racing
game series by Codemasters.

The Objective

Codemasters wanted to create a ‘Loot Box’ to coincide with
the games release. The ‘Loot Box’ would serve not only as a
marketing tool for influences but a much sought after
collectable for fans of the title.

The Products

Initial Incentives designed and produced for Codemasters:
a branded lanyard, keyring, drawstring bag, premium notepad,
drinks bottle and the Loot Box itself which resembles packaging
of a car part. The Loot Box can be ordered on its own or with a
physical/digital copy of the game in either XBOX ONE, PC,
or Playstation 4 formats.

The Results

The ‘Loot Box’ impressed Codemasters, influencers and fans alike.
Codemasters were able to use the Order Collation feature
to establish stock need, quantities and price.
